Opportunity for results-oriented and proactive professionals **Transportation Analyst** **Work Location:** Goiânia/GO or Sorocaba/SP **Job Description:** A company in the road transportation sector seeks a professional to acquire and negotiate grain freight across Brazil, plan logistics operations, and monitor fleet performance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Freight prospecting and negotiation; * Route planning and monitoring; * Management of preventive and corrective fleet maintenance; * Vehicle fuel supply control; * Driver monitoring and support; * Transportation operation monitoring. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in logistics, cargo transportation, or freight negotiation; * Knowledge of fleet management and route planning; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation; * Familiarity with the grain market is a plus. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary of **R$ 1\.970,00 (CLT)**; * Commission of **5% on closed freight contracts** (unlimited earnings); * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance. Work Schedule: **Monday to Saturday**, from **7:00 AM to 3:00 PM**.
