Job Summary: HR Department professional to handle payroll processing, labor legislation compliance, eSocial, and personnel process management, aiming at continuous improvement and leadership support. Analytical and organized profile for comprehensive HR Department process management **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid experience in Human Resources Department; * In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Experience with payroll systems (including Domínio system); * Hands-on experience with eSocial and ancillary obligations; * Advanced Excel skills; * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in the field (Preferred); * Experience with medium- or large-sized companies (Preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Execute and verify payroll processing (salaries, statutory charges, benefits, vacations, terminations, 13th salary, etc.); * Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation; * Handle ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS, DIRF, RAIS, among others); * Perform complex calculations and high-level verifications; * Support internal and external audits; * Manage personnel onboarding, offboarding, and movement processes; * Serve as the internal point of contact for labor-related inquiries; * Suggest improvements and automation opportunities for HR Department processes; * Monitor legislative changes and ensure process updates; * Support leadership with departmental KPIs and reports. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * *Day Off;* * Birthday bonus; * Health plan (Telemedicine); * Life insurance; * Pharmacy benefit; * Punctuality bonus; * Attendance bonus. **Work Location:** Company located in Jardim Atlântico \- Goiânia.
