Job Summary: Comprehensive educational support, including classroom assistance, tutoring, preparation of teaching materials, and assessment of student progress. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and feedback on student development Classroom Support: Assist the lead teacher, help students with questions during exercises, organize the classroom and teaching materials. Tutoring/Monitoring Sessions: Conduct tutoring sessions or conversation classes for students requiring special attention or practicing fluency. Material Preparation: Assist in developing lesson plans, reviewing tests, creating educational games, and preparing fun or reading activities. Assessment and Feedback: Monitor student progress, grade assignments and assessments, and record performance in internal systems.
