Description: Job Requirements: (All requirements must be clearly stated in the candidate's resume) * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy; * Professional experience in the education field; * Availability to travel and/or work on weekends, if required; * Position based in Goiânia\-GO. Specific Knowledge: * Curriculum organization; * Pedagogy and teaching methodology; * Education legislation; * Proficiency in taxonomies of educational objectives; * Customer service techniques; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Support the planning and implementation of educational initiatives; * Support the development of teaching plans; * Guide teachers on matters related to teaching plans, pedagogy, teaching methodologies and techniques; * Participate in organizing and conducting pedagogical meetings with school teachers; * Attend meetings with students’ parents and family members; * Motivate students and foster their interest in industrial topics, demonstrating and highlighting the sector’s importance to the economy, state, employment, and society at large; * Support and participate in developing teacher training plans; * Guide teachers in developing and using instructional and didactic materials; * Participate in planning and scheduling activities for the beginning and end of academic terms; * Participate in developing the school calendar, including class organization, scheduling, and student distribution; * Participate in monitoring and evaluating student performance outcomes; * Support teacher recruitment processes by developing assessment tools and/or serving on evaluation panels; * Participate in innovation-focused initiatives, supporting the implementation of educational technology programs; * Develop projects and propose measures aimed at improving pedagogical processes; * Guide schools in organizing individual and collective activities; * Perform operational and administrative routines, providing support and assistance to activities within the scope of this role; * Serve internal and external stakeholders, receiving requests or providing information; * Represent the institution at events related to this area of expertise; * Collaborate with agencies and entities promoting pedagogical and didactic initiatives; * Produce reports and other analytical documents as requested by the Unit Management and Regional Office; * Perform other duties compatible with and related to this position. 251126020240408810
