Basic Requirements:
* Completed technical education in Planning or related fields;
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Project;
* Proven experience in industrial project planning;
* Knowledge of procurement processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the food industry;
* Knowledge of Power BI;
* Knowledge of SAP and Electronic Marketplace;
* Engineering degree.

Detailed Description:
* Validate the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) submitted by contractors.
* Develop and update the Implementation Schedule (unified executive-level), aligned with the project master schedule milestones.
* Review, monitor, and validate contractors’ schedules, S-curves, and histograms on a weekly basis.
* Identify and analyze trends, issue technical opinions, and propose solutions to identified issues.
* Review and support validation of contractors’ weekly reports.
* Review and support validation of contractors’ work plans.
* Execute project-phase-related activities according to logical sequence to meet the critical path established in the construction schedule.
* Adhere to the execution schedule, completing stages identified in construction planning while applying implemented controls to ensure compliance with established deadlines.
* Monitor activity progress through site visits, data collection, report generation, and other measures to provide relevant information supporting timely deliverables.
* Generate and disseminate periodic construction progress reports, highlighting advances, bottlenecks, losses, and key execution-related risks to ensure adherence to originally planned and scheduled deadlines.
* Attend periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor timelines and align necessary actions for schedule compliance.
* Attend interface-area meetings related to contracts within your area of responsibility to align and identify potential interferences impacting planned project development.
* Participate in implementation of departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring required technical actions to achieve established objectives and targets.
* Conduct control and critical analysis of shutdowns, constraints, and interferences.
* Support evaluation of contractors’ scheduling and overtime requests.
* Document lessons learned within your specialty.
* Participate in safety routines, conducting routine inspections.
* Support change and extra-work control for projects (scope, schedule, and cost).
* Manage project materials, from purchase requisition creation in SAP system to receipt and verification at the application unit.
* Follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery deadline compliance.
* Perform project financial control jointly with the responsible engineer and monitor invoice entry into the system.
* Verify engineering designs for compliance with technical aspects, timelines, and delivery quality, as well as contracted deliverables from external companies, applying project governance rules to ensure alignment with approved contracts.
* Monitor performance indicators for projects under your responsibility, track results, and propose and implement corrective actions when necessary to support achievement of leadership-defined targets.
