Implement replacement, innovation, capacity expansion, and improvement projects to enable the site to achieve key KPIs in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Efficiency. Support the Engineering team in leading, developing, and implementing procedures and standards. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare technical specifications for procurement of major project equipment and services. * Conduct technical evaluation during the bidding/acquisition process for equipment and services. * Execute project implementation, coordinating contracted companies. * Measure completed execution for contracted services. * Define CAPEX phasing according to project implementation. * Develop and submit capital investment projects for approval in accordance with KH methodologies. * Lead Feasibility Studies for major CAPEX investments in Capacity, Innovation, Cost Reduction, and new technologies, collaborating with S\&OP, Supply Chain Development, R\&D, and FS\&Q to support more timely decision-making. * Establish engineering project standards and CAPEX estimates for key capital initiatives, in collaboration with regional CAPEX leaders and local teams. * Define project goals, objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in: Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or Operations Management; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; * Minimum 3 years of experience in Capital Project Management (CAPEX), with responsibility for budgets exceeding US$ 3 million; * Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects. .
