We are seeking a **Junior Procurement Analyst** to support procurement processes, ensuring organization, agility, and compliance in departmental routines. Responsibilities include supplier registration and qualification, issuing quotation requests, purchase order tracking, approval control, updating commercial information, and supporting internal coordination with other departments. The role also involves monitoring KPIs, evaluating supplier performance, preparing quotation maps, analyzing savings, and supporting continuous process improvement to enhance purchasing efficiency and quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Initiate new supplier registration requests via Soft. * Initiate and track the qualification workflow for new suppliers and raw materials until completion. * Log sample deliveries with the department. * R\&D \- Follow up on pending artwork approvals from Nutriex Art Department. * Send RFQs to qualified suppliers. * Update commercial information with qualified suppliers (e.g., lead time, minimum lot size and multiples, etc.). * Coordinate internally between Procurement and other departments to resolve pending issues. * Issue purchase orders to suppliers. * Prepare quotation maps after buyer negotiations. * Attach quotation documents to issued purchase orders. * Implement and manage periodic supplier performance evaluations (KPIs: delivery time, quality, cost, service level). * Develop improvement plans with critical suppliers. * Establish internal SLAs between Procurement and requesting departments. * Automate indicator controls and reports via BI. * Savings analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience with SAP and Soft systems is a plus. * **Must reside in Goiânia or the metropolitan region.** **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * TotalPass; * Birthday Day Off.
