We provide high-quality services to meet our clients' needs. **What will you do in this role?:** Coordinate and supervise construction project implementation according to the contract, ensuring satisfaction of all involved parties. Place material and equipment procurement requests via internal systems. Lead and organize site teams, with support from the site supervisor, to ensure both productivity and work quality. Update and monitor the construction schedule, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. Record daily events in the Site Diary. Request equipment maintenance and hire personnel as needed. Control direct project costs to achieve financial efficiency. Evaluate service quality and ensure adherence to the planned scope. Prepare management reports and documents for service delivery. Request contractual amendments whenever necessary to accommodate client adjustments and requirements. Perform and approve measurements jointly with the inspection team to ensure monthly payments. Manage site mobilization and demobilization according to the established schedule.
