Job Summary: A professional responsible for keeping equipment in optimal condition by performing maintenance, repairs, and ensuring functionality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Repair and replacement of defective components ***Job Description:*** Maintain equipment in optimal working condition, including technical maintenance, general cleaning, supervision of third-party contractors when issues fall outside our scope, frequent security device testing and inspections, visual appearance upkeep, point-of-sale lighting, and implementation — all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction. ***Responsibilities and Duties:*** * Perform operational PC servicing tasks, including: replenishing supplies, paper, and air filters; replacing consumables and parts; installing applications; inspecting PCs to verify proper operating condition; supervising vendors for technical repairs; configuring software; and maintaining up-to-date visual communication at the point-of-sale. * Repair or replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request required parts from Logistics via the ETA system tools and freight carriers. * Grant site access to maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaires, subcontractors, or maintenance service providers) to perform repairs on defective equipment. * Continuously monitor equipment security devices to detect any signs of tampering or fraud attempts. Utilize technical knowledge of system operation and test templates to perform maintenance as needed. * Ensure proper signage and lighting at points-of-sale, maintain visual aspects such as paint, decals, and cleanliness, using cleaning materials and replacement parts; engage subcontractors when tasks exceed assigned responsibilities.
