If you are proactive, organized, and enjoy developing people, this opportunity may be right for you! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supervising daily production and team activities; * Ensuring quality, safety, and achievement of targets; * Monitoring equipment maintenance and sector organization; * Proposing process improvements and pursuing continuous efficiency. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary: R$ 2.800,00** * **Meal Allowance: R$ 20.00 per business day** * **Transportation Allowance** (if using public transportation) * **Health Insurance Plan** * **Pharmacy Benefit Program** * **Attendance Bonus: R$ 160.00** **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM** * (Availability for occasional production-related needs is required) **Requirements:** * Experience in team leadership (preferably in the food industry) * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and results orientation * Knowledge of food safety is a plus Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation Range: R$2.500,00 – R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
