Do these characteristics resonate with you? \#JoinBrasilTerrenos! **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor daily construction site execution through daily logs and on-site inspections to ensure adherence to schedules; Plan daily service execution using the construction schedule for controlling work orders; Manage proposals and service contracting through price surveys and negotiations to carry out construction activities within established timelines; Prepare material lists based on project documents and supplementary materials for procurement and construction execution according to the scheduled timeline; Request and monitor daily material purchases via the UAU system and Trello for usage and management of services on site; Develop "As-Built" drawings by collecting technical data from completed projects to identify design changes made during construction; Prepare final construction reports containing technical data and photographs documenting construction progress; Supervise and control internal process quality, aiming to collect, describe, and store all information received before, during, and after construction; Provide remote or on-site support to other group units when requested; **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Familiarity with the UAU system is desirable; Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use ZWCAD software; Intermediate computer skills. **Additional Information** Considering the well-being of our employees, Brasil Terrenos offers the following benefits: * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Dental plan; * Total Pass; * Corporate university; * Newborn kit.
