A fundamental role in structuring and organizing technical routines. **CLT POSITION \| LABORATORY TECHNICIAN – COMPOUNDING PHARMACY** **New operation \| Reporting to the Technical Manager (Pharmacist)** We are launching a new operation and seeking a **rigorous, organized, and excellence-oriented Laboratory Technician**. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who value well-structured processes and technical accountability. **Job Objective** Perform laboratory technical activities involving **compounding, physicochemical testing, quality control, and documentation of all steps**, strictly adhering to **RDC 67/2007** and internal SOPs, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Compounding of **solid, liquid, and semisolid formulations**. * Preparation of solutions, bases, and vehicles. * Accurate weighing of raw materials. * Conducting physicochemical analyses: **pH, density, viscosity, and average weight**. * Technical inspection and sampling of inputs. * Evaluation of odor, color, appearance, and consistency of formulations. * Control of expiration dates and storage conditions for inputs. * Technical documentation in systems, spreadsheets, and SOPs. * Support during compounding stages as needed. * Batch release following analysis. * Monitoring of **temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions**. **Requirements** * Relevant technical qualification (Pharmacy Technician and/or Chemistry Technician). * Prior laboratory experience is a plus. * Practical knowledge of **RDC 67/2007**. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility. * Ability to follow procedures, standards, and traceability requirements. **Employment Type** CLT – competitive salary \+ benefits. **This Opportunity's Advantage** As this is **a greenfield operation**, the selected professional will play a fundamental role in **structuring, organizing, and implementing technical routines**, directly contributing to the laboratory’s excellence from day one.
