What we seek in you: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Experience in public-facing customer service via phone and/or WhatsApp; * Analytical mindset to monitor data and drive actions; * Assertive and empathetic communication to gather feedback/information from customers and internally align expectations; Additional Information: * Permanent employment / CLT; * Fixed salary: R$2\.600,00 \+ Variable bonus ranging from R$400,00 to R$1\.050,00; * On-site work in Goiânia (Sudoeste District); * Meal allowance (R$32.67/day); * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Health and dental insurance \- Hapvida; * Birthday day off; * Two weekly relaxing massage sessions.
