Ensuring compliance with automaker requirements **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Responsible for managing and supervising employee training and development programs, ensuring adherence to automakers’ requirements and established learning paths, as well as supporting the technical and behavioral advancement of teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise mandatory automaker training programs. * Track employee learning paths and certifications. * Organize schedules, registrations, and logistics for internal and external training sessions. * Monitor deadlines and automaker-mandated requirements for each department within the dealership. * Maintain up-to-date records of completed trainings, certificates, and training performance indicators. * Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs (TNA). * Support the design of technical and behavioral development initiatives for employees. * Monitor automaker training platforms or portals. * Prepare training reports and performance indicators for management review. * Ensure organization and compliance of the company’s training processes. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in Training & Development, preferably within automotive dealerships or automakers, is mandatory. * Experience managing automaker training programs and training platforms. * Knowledge of training tracking, development pathways, and training performance indicators. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Benefits:** No benefits reported
