Job Summary: A Human Resources and Payroll Administration professional responsible for HR processes, payroll, statutory reporting obligations, benefits administration, and labor relations. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processing 2. Management of labor, social security, and eSocial obligations 3. Administration of benefits and employee support **1\. Personnel Administration** * Execute **onboarding, integration, and offboarding** processes for employees. * Verify and enter data into the payroll system. * Monitor **vacation time, 13th salary, overtime, absences, tardiness, and leaves of absence**. * Generate and verify **pay slips**, **termination documents**, and **contribution payment guides** (FGTS, INSS, IRRF, etc.). * Track and fulfill **labor and social security obligations** within legal deadlines. **2\. Payroll Processing** * Process and verify the **monthly payroll**, ensuring accuracy of information. * Issue reports on labor costs and statutory charges. * Perform **accounting and financial closing** of payroll in coordination with the accounting department. **3\. Statutory Reporting and eSocial** * Submit periodic and non-periodic events to **eSocial**. * Generate and verify declarations such as **GFIP, DIRF, RAIS, CAGED** (where applicable). * Ensure compliance with updates to labor and social security legislation. **4\. Benefits Administration** * Administer **transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, medical and dental assistance, and life insurance**. * Control benefit entries, deductions, and adjustments. * Interface with providers and brokers. **5\. Time and Attendance** * Monitor **electronic time clock records**. * Conduct daily and monthly verification of time entries. * Correct inconsistencies and ensure compliance with contractual working hours and collective agreements. **6\. Internal Support and Service** * Provide employee support regarding payroll, vacation, benefits, and documentation inquiries. * Support managers and HR in labor-related matters and internal audits. * Deliver **management reports and HR performance indicators**. **7\. Labor Relations** * Prepare documents and information for **labor litigation** and inspections. * Ensure compliance with **Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT)** and internal policies.
