Job Summary: Responsible for providing preventive and strategic legal advisory services, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation for the company. Key Highlights: 1. Legislative monitoring and compliance Responsible for providing legal advisory services to the company, ensuring all activities comply with applicable legislation. Acts preventively and strategically, supporting internal departments in decision-making, risk mitigation, and protection of organizational interests. * Provide legal advisory services to internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.); * + Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts (suppliers, clients, partners); + Manage judicial and administrative proceedings, monitoring deadlines and strategies in coordination with external law firms; + Ensure compliance with applicable laws (labor, civil, corporate, regulatory, etc.); + Identify and mitigate legal risks arising from company operations; + Prepare legal opinions and reports to support decision-making; + Support internal and external audits, ensuring legal compliance; + Manage litigation and prevent disputes; + Update internal policies and guide employees on legal practices and compliance; + Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the business.
