About the Opportunity What is essential to apply? Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology. Working Hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) What will be your key responsibilities? Actively and strategically manage core HR functions, including: Leading and supporting recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, and strategic positions; Communicating with candidates and clients to align expectations, provide feedback, and deliver outcomes; Managing onboarding, monitoring, and integration of new employees; Organizing, controlling, and updating administrative people management processes; Developing and maintaining HR reports, spreadsheets, and metrics; Supporting training, development, and organizational climate initiatives; Managing performance evaluations and employee offboarding processes; Contributing to internal endomarketing and engagement activities to strengthen team commitment.
