SENAI arrived in Goiás in 1952, with the construction of the pioneering SENAI GO 1 School (now SENAI Roberto Mange College of Technology), in Anápolis. When established, under the jurisdiction of the Regional Delegation of São Paulo, SENAI GO 1 offered only courses in fitting, mechanical turning, blacksmithing, electricity, and carpentry. The state’s economic context consisted of only a few hundred small and even fewer medium-sized industries.
Currently, SENAI offers professional training across multiple courses delivered in modalities including industrial apprenticeship, technical qualification, technological undergraduate degrees, postgraduate programs, initiation, qualification, and professional upgrading, in addition to providing technical and technological advisory services across various fields.
As part of the Federation of Industries of the State of Goiás (FIEG), SENAI has kept pace with industrial sector advancement, continuously investing in improving and updating its human resources and teaching environments, pursuing technological innovation as a means to enhance industrial competitiveness and state development.
Our **MISSION** is to promote professional education and higher education, innovation, and industrial technology transfer, contributing to increased industrial competitiveness.
And our **VISION**, by 2027, is for SESI and SENAI to be recognized as industry partners and drivers of productivity and competitiveness.
