Job Summary: Serve as an intermediate leader, supporting the Unit Manager and assuming responsibility for branch management in their absence, ensuring operational continuity and excellence in customer service. Leadership and guidance of operational teams **Main Responsibilities:** Act as direct support to the Unit Manager, fulfilling the role of **intermediate leadership**, with responsibility for **branch management in the absence of the Manager**, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with processes, and excellence in customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the Manager in daily store operations management; * **Assume responsibility for the branch in the absence of the Manager**, making operational and administrative decisions; * Lead, guide, and supervise operational teams; * Monitor staff schedules, timekeeping, absenteeism, and personnel needs; * Handle customer service and resolve customer requests; * Manage inventory control, stocktaking, and goods receipt; * Ensure proper functioning of operational areas; * Monitor deposits, financial reconciliations, and cash shortfalls; * Execute and ensure compliance with administrative, financial, and HR procedures; * Ensure adherence to internal standards, company policies, and applicable legislation. **Minimum Requirements:** * Proven experience in **people leadership**; * Experience in **retail and shopping mall stores**, preferably in **food, retail, or service-oriented stores**; * Experience in operational management and customer service; * Availability to work during shopping mall hours, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays; * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills and results orientation. **Working Hours:** * Availability to cover **store opening and closing**; * Rotating shifts, including morning shifts; * **6x1 work schedule**, with **Sunday off in accordance with current legislation.** **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** Competitive with market standards * **Cash Shortfall Bonus:** 10% of base salary * **Meal Allowance:** Average R$ 600.00 * **Transportation Allowance** * **Dental Plan** * **Gympass**, offering discounts at gyms, pharmacies, nutritionists, psychologists, and more * **Birthday Day-Off**, per internal policy; * Performance-based bonuses for achieving targets.
