Focus on customer engagement and relationship continuity * Conduct initial outreach to customers to diagnose needs and align expectations. * Maintain consistent interaction with the customer base, preparing\-them for subsequent stages of the follow\-up process. * Forward qualified customers to Relationship Analysts, ensuring meeting scheduling and continued engagement. * Organize and manage the contact list via CRM, ensuring no customer is left without a response and that the history is always up\-to\-date. * Strategically identify potential business opportunities, enabling the analyst team to focus on conversion and closing.
