We seek an organized, responsible, and process-oriented candidate focused on efficiently executing daily tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with operational and administrative routines of the marketing department; * Support execution of digital marketing campaigns; * Organize and update spreadsheets and internal controls (Excel or Google Sheets); * Follow processes, checklists, and deadlines with attention to detail; * Provide support in using digital tools; * Assist with requests related to automations and AI usage (basic level). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; * Familiarity with digital tools; * Initial understanding of automation and artificial intelligence; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, discipline, and attention to detail. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience with administrative or marketing routines; * Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
