**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform material quantity surveys, subject to Engineer approval.
* Conduct quantity surveys.
* Participate in medium-term replanning and action definition.
* Support ad-hoc service negotiations.
* Manage daily allowances using the service control spreadsheet.
* Create purchase orders, observing the descriptive memorandum.
* Execute actions listed in the checklist to ensure a score above 90%.
* Track activities carried out on-site, record data in the Weekly Tracker, and monitor actions defined during the weekly follow-up meeting.
* Assist in analyzing and validating system-entered data, corrections, and more complex measurements.
* Support verification and validation of data with the service responsible party.
* Prior on-site construction experience is desirable.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or Architecture and Urban Planning.
* Basic calculation skills.
* Basic Excel knowledge.
* Basic construction project management knowledge.
* Logical reasoning.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Assertive communication.
* Results orientation.
* Teamwork.
