Its activities are preventive and proactive in nature, grounded in ethics and citizenship, defending and affirming rights to foster individual capabilities and potential, thereby supporting physical, intellectual, and moral development. **Our Services:** APPRENTICESHIP \- IPHAC implements the Apprentice Program, enabling youth aged 14 to 24 to enter formal employment while remaining in school, through theoretical and practical training. INTERNSHIP \- IPHAC serves as an internship integrator, connecting Educational Institutions and Host Organizations (employers) to support student (intern) training for productive employment. HR SERVICES \- IPHAC partners with companies to conduct outsourced recruitment processes; after interviews, top candidates are forwarded for final selection. GOVERNMENT PROGRAM AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT \- Optimizing the use of public resources. SOCIAL PROJECTS \- IPHAC implements government social projects within communities and supports families whose rights have been violated: basic social protection services, community bonding and strengthening services, and promotion of integration and reintegration into the labor market.
