With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and today have expanded our operations across Brazil, delivering diverse logistics solutions through our six group companies — positioning us as one of the country’s top and largest logistics groups and a sector benchmark. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead teams of employees performing cross-docking, loading/unloading, and pickup/delivery activities, evaluating their performance during and after the probationary period; * Receive Incident Reports (IRs), taking appropriate action according to the type of infraction; * Track lost goods and CTRCs (Transportation Service Receipts) on the platform before or after IR issuance; * Review the previous day’s cargo movement and plan daily work by briefing teams, communicating incidents, and implementing necessary measures per company policies and procedures; * Verify vehicle schedules and positions, sizing teams for loading/unloading to minimize time and maximize operational quality; * Monitor vehicle loading and departure times, requesting additional trucks if needed; * Support management in controlling overtime and/or time banks, leave days, and vacations for the team under your responsibility; * Facilitate tactical alignment between company operations and management; * Inspect and ensure workplace safety on the platform; * Perform other duties related to this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Flexible availability for shift hours. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
