This professional will guide students throughout all stages of the scientific work, ensuring methodological rigor, theoretical coherence, clarity in writing, and compliance with institutional academic standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Guide students in defining the dissertation topic, research problem, objectives, and justification; * Support the development of the theoretical framework, methodology, data analysis, and final considerations; * Monitor the dissertation development schedule, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Conduct critical readings, corrections, and technical feedback on texts produced by students; * Ensure that works meet established scientific, methodological, and regulatory criteria; * Record supervision activities and evaluations in the academic system, where applicable; * Align with the institution’s pedagogical and academic guidelines. **Mandatory Requirements** * Doctoral degree\* (completed and recognized by CAPES/ME); * Academic experience in scientific research, academic production, or supervision of academic works; * Excellent command of academic writing and scientific methodology; * Ability to provide clear, objective, and pedagogically effective supervision; * Organization, commitment to deadlines, and ethical conduct. * Participate in the evaluation committee **Accepted Academic Fields** * Psychology * Pedagogy * Accounting * Economics * Administration * Civil Engineering * Production Engineering * Software Engineering * Computer Science * Architecture * Agronomy * Nursing **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience supervising undergraduate theses (TCC), dissertations, or doctoral theses; * Scientific publications in journals or academic conferences; * Experience in graduate programs (lato or stricto sensu); * Familiarity with academic standards and educational management systems. **Work Schedule:** Business hours, Monday to Friday (5x2 rotation) **Location:** Setor Bueno, Goiânia **Benefits Offered:** UNIMED health insurance; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Birthday day-off; Breakfast at the office; Scholarship program; Free telemedicine; Pharmacy partnerships.
