Experience in the food market, especially starch-based products and co-packing. * Prospect new clients and identify opportunities for private-label projects. * Present co-packing solutions for starch-based products, including rolled oats, oat flakes, granules, and derivatives. * Develop and expand commercial relationships with companies and industries. * Negotiate contracts, commercial agreements, and supply terms. * Manage and monitor the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. * Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase market share. * Represent the company in meetings, technical visits, trade fairs, and industry events. * Conduct travel for prospecting, client maintenance, and new business development. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Specialization or courses in Sales, Negotiation, or Commercial Management are desirable. * B2B sales experience, including negotiation with companies and industries. * Proven track record in prospecting, entering new markets, and developing strategic accounts. * Experience in client portfolio management and business expansion. * Sales and negotiation techniques. * Relationship management focused on customer retention. * Food market expertise, particularly starch-based products, rolled oats, oat flakes, and granules. * Private-label marketing and co-packing operations. * Clear, strategic, and persuasive commercial communication.
