Job Summary: This professional will support organizational culture initiatives, change management, leadership development, T&D, onboarding, and organizational climate surveys, working closely with leaders and HR metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Support organizational culture and change management initiatives 2. Contribute to leadership development programs 3. Plan and execute Training & Development (T&D) activities **Work Shift:** * Support initiatives related to organizational culture and change management * Contribute to leadership development programs * Plan and execute Training \& Development (T\&D) activities * Support onboarding processes, development paths, and behavioral training * Conduct organizational climate surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans * Support leaders on topics such as feedback, engagement, team development, and communication * Monitor human development and climate indicators * Collaborate with other HR areas and internal clients **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in Human Development, DHO, or T\&D * Experience in people development and organizational culture initiatives **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in medium- or large-sized companies Experience in cultural transition or organizational growth environments Experience with leadership programs, organizational climate, or competency-based management **MORE DETAILS** ----------------- ### **Location** ### **Shift** ### **Education Level**
