Job Summary: Professional responsible for surface and metal structure preparation and painting, ensuring finishes comply with the project’s technical and artistic specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment with large-scale projects. **Responsibilities** · Metal surface preparation (sanding, rust removal, application of anti-corrosive primer) · Application of paint on metal structures according to the project’s technical and artistic specifications · Use of spray guns, rollers, and brushes as required by the desired finish · Mixing and preparation of paints, following color and texture standards defined by the creative department · Application of varnishes, primers, textures, and special effects when required · Adherence to delivery deadlines, especially during periods of high seasonal demand · Proper care of equipment, tools, and correct use of PPE · Collaboration with metallurgy and carpentry teams during structure completion **Requirements** · Proven experience in painting metal structures (mandatory) · Knowledge of industrial painting techniques (primer, finish, varnish) · Basic understanding of metal surface preparation and treatment · Attention to detail and commitment to visual finish quality · Availability to work under tight deadlines, especially during peak periods · Experience in artistic or scenic painting (preferred) **We Offer** · Market-competitive salary (to be discussed) · Transportation allowance / Meal allowance · Dynamic work environment with large-scale, high-technical-standard projects · In-house infrastructure with modern equipment (CNC, robotics, 3D printers) Payment: R$3\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Financial Reporting (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
