Job Summary: A building maintenance professional responsible for civil, plumbing, electrical repairs, and preventive patrols, with a focus on problem resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and civil) 2. Proactive profile focused on rapid problem resolution 3. Monitoring of cold rooms and display counters * **Civil Repairs:** Painting, floor adjustments, ceiling repairs, and minor masonry work. * **Plumbing:** Maintenance of restrooms, sinks, leak repairs, and unclogging. * **Electrical:** Replacement of light bulbs, outlets, ballasts, and electrical panel monitoring. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Daily patrols to identify failures in sales floor and warehouse. * **Refrigeration Support:** Basic monitoring of cold rooms and display counters. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and civil). * Proactive profile focused on rapid problem resolution.
