Job Summary: Professional responsible for verifying, delivering, and collecting materials, medications, and equipment at the patient's home, as well as assisting in asset identification. Key Highlights: 1. Verification and home delivery of materials and medications 2. Home collection of materials and equipment 3. Assistance in identifying equipment and assets Verify and deliver materials, medications, death certificates, and equipment at the patient's home; Collect medications, materials, clinical progress notes, medical prescriptions, and equipment from the patient's home upon request; Sort and sanitize materials and equipment in the decontamination area; Assist in identifying Equipment vs. Asset Number at patients' homes for proper verification and recording in the identification report and report of discrepancies found (Inventory); Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.179,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
