Job Summary: A professional to administer and provide technical support for IT systems, including Office 365, networks, and operating systems, ensuring technological infrastructure reliability. Therefore, we must grow every day—and with that growth, bring even more people onto our team. **WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN FGR**, a company specializing in residential horizontal condominiums, established in the real estate market by guaranteeing and delivering the highest quality of life in its Gardens. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; * Proficiency in Office 365 administration (SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, etc); * Knowledge of operating system administration (Windows, Linux, and Android); * Experience in network administration (structured cabling, switches, Wi\-Fi, IP telephony); * Proactivity, strong communication skills, and interpersonal relationship abilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer SharePoint 365 (site creation, permission control, capacity management, etc); * Administer Exchange Online 365 email services; * Provide administration and support for Office 365 services (OneDrive, Teams, Purview, Power Automate, etc); * Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for Exchange and SharePoint; * Administer corporate access control systems, structured networks, LAN networks (wired and wireless), and IP telephony; * Administer Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems; * Handle technical support tickets via GLPI; * Guide users on when and how to submit support tickets; * Generate responsibility forms for the issuance or return of IT equipment.
