We work on high-impact projects, always focused on delivering value, technical excellence, and close collaboration with clients. **Job Mission** Manage infrastructure for managed services, being responsible for the support, operation, and evolution of on\-premises environments—focusing on Microsoft technologies and related solutions—to ensure efficiency, availability, security, and performance of IT operations for clients covered under managed service agreements. The professional will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to continuous improvement of environments, addressing technical requests, resolving incidents, implementing best practices, and supporting clients’ technological evolution. **Desired Technical Skills** IT Infrastructure Windows Server Active Directory Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, administration, and associated services) Information security concepts Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms is desirable **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate, support, and evolve infrastructure environments for clients covered under managed service agreements, aligning technical requirements with business needs. * Monitor infrastructure and IT services to ensure availability, performance, capacity, security, and evolution of environments. * Administer Windows Server environments, including services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), File Server, and others. * Administer and provide support for Microsoft 365, including Exchange, users, groups, permissions, and security best practices. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose technical recommendations based on industry best practices and internal standards. * Handle and resolve Level 2 incidents and service requests, performing root cause analysis when necessary. * Support cloud environment evolution, especially Microsoft Azure (or similar), including basic administration of resources, identity, connectivity, and security. * Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams by providing technical context about client environments and acting as a facilitator for communication among technical areas. * Assist with information security activities, such as access control, basic policies, hardening, and best practices. * Contribute to technical documentation of environments, operational procedures, and continuous improvement of managed service processes. * Support standardization initiatives, technology upgrades, and infrastructure modernization in accordance with company guidelines.
