Management of the construction site installation team Description: * Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferred). * Proven experience in projects and execution of building installations. * Knowledge of technical standards (ABNT, NBRs, NR\-10, NR\-35, among others). * Proficiency in software for reading and coordinating installation projects. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Analyze and coordinate building installation projects (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, fire protection, gas, etc.). * Supervise on-site execution of works, ensuring compliance with designs, standards, and best practices. * Support preparation of budgets, technical specifications, and scope definitions for supplier procurement. * Analyze and monitor the project's execution budget. * Inspect and validate material quality and workmanship. * Participate in meetings with designers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues. * Assist in preparing technical reports and updating the physical\-financial schedule for installations. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in installed processes and systems. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards in installation projects. * Prepare supplier competitiveness maps and equalize proposals. * Monitor service delivery schedules. * Control the histogram of in-house labor. * Manage payment controls and tasks assigned to employees. * Carry out hiring of in-house and outsourced labor. * Monitor service progress with utility providers at construction sites. * Manage the construction site installation team (interns, foremen, warehouse assistants, and production assistants). * Perform other related duties. 2511230202461765768
