Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferred). * Proven experience in design and execution of building installations. * Knowledge of technical standards (ABNT, NBRs, NR\-10, NR\-35, among others). * Proficiency in project reading and coordination software. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. * Analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Analyze and coordinate building installation projects (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, fire protection, gas, among others). * Monitor on\-site work execution, ensuring compliance with designs, regulations, and best practices. * Support the preparation of budgets, technical specifications, and scopes for supplier contracting. * Analyze and monitor the project's execution budget. * Supervise and validate the quality of materials and completed services. * Participate in meetings with designers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues. * Assist in preparing technical reports and updating the physical\-financial schedule of installations. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in processes and installed systems. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards in installation projects. * Prepare supplier competition matrices and evaluate proposals. * Monitor service delivery schedules. * Control the histogram of direct labor. * Perform payment control and task assignment tracking for employees. * Carry out hiring of direct and outsourced labor. * Monitor service progress with utility providers at construction sites. * Manage the site installation team (intern, supervisor, warehouse assistant, and production staff). * Perform other related duties. 2511230202461765768
