**All Posting Locations:** Nerópolis, Goiás, BR **Job Functions:** Manufacturing **Date Published:** November 24, 2025 **Ref\#:** R\-97793 ABOUT THE ROLE Job Description **Position targeted for women/Black people/PWDs.** **OBJECTIVE:** The Production Coordinator is responsible for leading the line/section team, ensuring operational performance through the implementation of management systems, execution of operational standards, and provision of necessary resources. Implements continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the plant's annual plans and develops strategies to achieve goals through the master plan and the 90-day plan. Leads the team toward goal achievement while developing the team in compliance with company standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the line structure team and all other personnel within the assigned section/line; * Promote safety within the section/line by identifying and eliminating all safety risks through clear risk mitigation actions; * Lead and support quality assurance on the section/line; * Develop and deliver the section/line master plan, including the 90-day action plan; * Lead routine meetings, daily, weekly, and monthly; * Demonstrate leadership behavior to develop and train factory floor/operations staff; * Possess technical mastery of operations and lead their respective section. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Business Administration, Industrial Production Management, or related fields; * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; * SAP knowledge; * English proficiency desirable; * Experience in production processes and Team Management.
