**Education**
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Prior experience in HR Department routines;
* Knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
* Experience with payroll systems;
* Familiarity with eSocial, DCTFWeb, and FGTS Digital;
* Experience handling onboarding, leave management, terminations, and payroll processing.
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
* Execute full-cycle HR Department routines;
* Conduct onboarding processes, document verification, and employee registration;
* Process payroll, statutory contributions, and benefits;
* Manage leave and termination procedures;
* Submit and track ancillary obligations;
* Generate files for payroll accounting;
* Prepare and transmit banking files;
* Verify labor and social security contributions;
* Support clients and address queries related to the HR area;
* Monitor updates to labor and social security legislation.
