They are responsible for receiving and understanding client needs—either via Commercial Relationship Managers or through direct contact. Additionally, they play a fundamental role as facilitators of internal and external processes, contributing to the quality and efficiency of the commercial department. **Primary Objectives** * Respond to budget requests submitted by clients; * Register critical analyses for subsequent submission of budgets to clients; * Follow up with technical departments to finalize critical analyses; * Evaluate critical analyses performed by technical departments to prepare budgets; * Discuss proposed parameters in the critical analysis with relevant departments; * Perform budget calculations based on the critical analysis; * Send commercial proposals to clients; * Track, discuss, and respond to client inquiries and discussions regarding commercial proposals; * Respond to and track emails sent by clients; * Obtain quotations for materials and medications from suppliers for inclusion in commercial proposals; * Address, respond to, and track client requests; * Schedule and attend meetings with clients and internal departments; * Archive documents and contracts; * Digitize documents; * Monitor and manage budget requests and critical analyses; * Calculate commercial department performance indicators; * Organize the dispatch of promotional gifts to clients; * Compile the contact list for the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English is desirable. * Teamwork; dynamism; proactivity; negotiation skills; and organizational ability. **Additional Information** * Salary: Open to candidate proposals * Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance, and transportation allowance.
