If you believe you can transform lives, this is the perfect place for you! \#JoinUs\+GN Responsibilities * Procure visual merchandising materials and other necessary store supplies, collaborating with the responsible department to identify needs, researching suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and placing orders—ensuring essential materials are available for stores’ visual presentation to attract customers, aligned with campaign and promotion cycles and demand; * Procure daily consumables and snacks for operational needs, analyzing requirements across various departments, researching suppliers, negotiating terms and prices, and placing orders—to maintain appropriate stock levels of office, pantry, kitchen, and snack supplies, ensuring efficient operations according to demand. Identify and monitor contracts; * Provide internal customer support, supplier management, inventory control, and verification of invoices and purchase orders. Submit invoices for payment and perform other routine tasks interfacing with Finance. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in this role; * Basic knowledge of procurement processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Flexibility to work during seasonal dates; * Availability to work at the Airport Sector – Goiânia/GO. Additional Information Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM / Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Our Selection Process 1\. Registration on Sólides; 2\. Resume evaluation; 3\.
