We seek an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional with expertise in inventory processes and hands-on experience with WMS. The ideal candidate possesses a systemic view of operations, focuses on accuracy and continuous improvement, is capable of analyzing data and proposing solutions, and communicates effectively to collaborate seamlessly with various departments across the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate, monitor, and analyze routine WMS system tasks, ensuring accurate product movement, location assignment, and traceability. * Manage inventory by controlling receipts, shipments, transfers, adjustments, and blocks. * Plan, execute, and monitor cyclic and general inventories, analyzing discrepancies and proposing corrective actions. * Monitor inventory KPIs (accuracy, turnover, losses, damages, and stockouts). * Support logistics operations in receiving, storage, picking, verification, and shipping routines. * Analyze systemic and operational inconsistencies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures. * Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best logistics practices. * Collaborate with internal departments such as Procurement, Transportation, Planning, and Branch Offices. * Support process improvements, system testing, and WMS-related training. * Prepare operational and managerial reports to support decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience conducting physical and cyclic inventories. * WMS knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * TotalPass; * Discounts on Injectable Products; * Birthday Day Off; * Development, health, and wellness programs; * Career development and growth plan; As a pioneer and market leader in facial harmonization in Brazil, Rennova excels in product quality, team efficiency, and scientific rigor.
