We are looking for an **Events and Partnerships Analyst** to plan and execute experiences that connect people, businesses, and strengthen our brand.
**Responsibilities:**
* Plan, produce, and execute end-to-end events—including sponsored, proprietary, and co-hosted events with strategic industry stakeholders—with a focus on generating connections, business opportunities, and brand strengthening.
* Support commercial teams in participating in and activating local events, ensuring action quality and accurate brand positioning.
* Support initiatives outlined in the Partnerships Program, including relationship management with partner companies and influencers.
* Coordinate agencies, suppliers, and speakers, ensuring alignment, deadline adherence, delivery quality, and execution excellence.
* Manage event and partnership budgets, performing financial control of investments, expense tracking, and identification of optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
* Measure, analyze, and report key performance indicators and outcomes related to events and partnerships, evaluating impact, ROI, and improvement opportunities.
* Monitor and coordinate internal processes with Finance and other partner departments, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance, and efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience organizing and executing end-to-end events (planning, production, execution, and post-event).

Experience managing relationships and coordinating suppliers, agencies, partners, and speakers.

Financial management capability, including budget control, cost tracking, and opportunity identification.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Production, or related fields.

Analytical ability to measure and track event and partnership KPIs and outcomes.
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences.
*
Willingness to travel.
