**ON-SITE POSITION – Financial Analyst**
UniCambury, located at T-2, Sol Nascente Sector, is immediately hiring for front-desk operations at the institution.

**Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Business Processes, or related fields;
* Experience with accounts receivable routines;
* Experience in collections and negotiation of delinquent accounts;
* Knowledge of financial calculations (interest, penalties, discounts, installment plans);
* Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level minimum);
* Experience with financial systems/ERPs;
* Basic understanding of collection and negotiation legislation.
**About the Position:**
Direct collaboration with the institution's finance department, with the following responsibilities:
* Providing excellent service to students and other stakeholders visiting the finance department, ensuring clarity, courtesy, and effective resolution;
* Accurately processing enrollments while adhering to institutional deadlines and regulations, ensuring no discounts are granted without formal authorization;
* Recording, entering, and updating students' financial information in internal systems (Marin) and the Isaac platform, ensuring data accuracy and compliance;
* Conducting tuition and other financial arrears collections using strategic approaches while maintaining professional conduct;
* Performing calculations, simulations, and financial negotiations within the system for students seeking debt regularization or alternative payment options;
* Efficiently directing students to appropriate resources, ensuring timely resolution and avoiding unnecessary interdepartmental referrals;
* Strategically supporting student retention for those expressing intent to withdraw, identifying viable financial alternatives and contributing to academic continuity.
**Compensation:**
R$ 3.000,00
60%–80% discount on institution courses (for you or an immediate family member)
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Alternate Saturdays (yes/no pattern): 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Payment: R$2.500,00 per month
