If you want to join a purpose-driven company with solid values and room to grow, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** **Supervision of Leaders and Team:** * Supervise and guide store leaders, ensuring that all processes—organization, product display, restocking, tidying, inventory, distribution, supervision, financial products, fitting room service, and sales area—are aligned with internal procedures, checklists, and company standards. **Excellence in Customer Service:** * Ensure customer service is delivered with excellence through team monitoring, guidance, and training, guaranteeing that Caedu standards are applied in all interactions. **Productivity and Results:** * Monitor hourly sales results for products and financial services, reviewing task distribution, implementing operational adjustments, and identifying opportunities with the store manager to meet and exceed store targets. **Data Control and Analysis:** * Prepare and monitor daily sales reports, income statements (DRE), financial products, targets, budgets, and inventory—entering transactions, verifying results, and reporting to the store manager. * Analyze back-office system records to prevent inconsistencies and internal fraud. **Competitor Analysis:** * Observe competitor campaigns, window displays, checkout lines, and pricing, flagging opportunities and actions to the store manager. **Cash Management:** * Participate in cash closing—verifying amounts and records, receiving the armored vehicle, checking cash denominations, and accurately entering all information into the back-office system. **Merchandise Receiving and Restocking:** * Ensure accurate merchandise verification to avoid discrepancies, prioritizing product restocking according to Sales Department instructions. **Financial Product Delivery:** * Monitor daily referral, approval, and delivery of financial products, guiding leaders to maximize results and sales opportunities. **Team Development and Motivation:** * Keep the team trained, motivated, and uniformly dressed, conducting meetings, training sessions, and guidance. * Develop leaders through training, continuous follow-up, and defining individual action plans for advancement and internal mobility within the store. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields (preferred). * Experience in leadership or supervisory roles within fashion retail. * Knowledge of retail sales operations and financial products (preferred). * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Transportation Allowance Variable Compensation (per policy) Birthday Day Off Caedu Product Discount Educational Partnerships SESC Membership Pharmacy Partnership Gympass Telemedicine Better Maternity Program – Support throughout the most special period in our mothers’ lives.
