Strategically manage the team by monitoring sales results, providing feedback to redirect performance and outcomes to ensure achievement of targets. 4\. Manage the store’s visual merchandising in accordance with company-established standards. 5\. Plan and execute the schedule of commercial activities, developing strategies to achieve and boost store performance. 6\. Plan and conduct training and initiatives to enhance team performance and motivation, refining the team’s focus on results. 7\. Perform cash register opening, closing, and reconciliation according to company-defined procedures. 8\. Manage store product pricing, ensuring price tags and promotions comply with the company’s standard format. 9\. Carry out bank deposits related to cash register operations, following company-defined procedures. 10\. Prepare and submit the managerial expense report for accounting purposes to the finance department. 11\. Conduct strategic inventory adjustments for the store, monitoring product turnover, ABC analysis, goods receipt timelines, promotions, and other relevant factors. Experience in management.
