Conflict resolution and compliance assurance We are hiring: Store Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise the team, monitor sales routines, define work schedules and shifts, organize the store, verify incoming and outgoing merchandise, provide supplies to cashiers, process cashier cancellations, guide employees and customers, verify employee attendance (entry and exit), prepare reports, inspect equipment, resolve conflicts to ensure compliance with company-established rules. Requirements: · Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree (Administration, Business Management, or related fields) · Experience in team and operational management Experience in retail or food-related sectors is a plus.
