We are continuously growing and seeking exceptional individuals eager to learn, grow, and build alongside us. **PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS BELOW:** Job Requirements: \- Completed high school education; currently pursuing higher education; \- Computer literacy; \- Experience in commercial roles within retail companies; \- Sales and negotiation techniques; \- Basic knowledge of NRs 10, 12, 18, and 35\. \- Holding driver’s license category A or B, familiarity with construction machinery and equipment, and local knowledge of the city of employment will be considered advantageous. Key Responsibilities: \- Serve customers in person, by phone, or online according to the company’s established service standards, identifying their actual needs and offering the optimal rental solution—turning them into company partners. \- Verify equipment availability through all possible channels and negotiate rental terms, proposing related equipment aligned with customer requirements while ensuring their service needs are met. \- Monitor your customer’s construction phase, offering new solutions appropriate to that stage. Additionally, pursue sales through proactive outreach to inactive customers, prospects, or via post-sales follow-up. \- Maintain customer registration records and request approval from the area supervisor. \- Enter quotations, rentals, payments, and issue required documents for the logistics department into the operational system. \- Coordinate and facilitate equipment delivery through logistics, explaining internal routing procedures and pickup protocols. \- Proactively monitor rented machinery or equipment throughout the rental period via site visits, phone calls, or other means, recommending maintenance or arranging replacements as needed. \- Ensure friendly customer relations; escalate to hierarchical superiors when necessary. \- Record “non-sales” per the internal operational procedure when negotiations are not concluded. \- Perform other related duties. What We Offer: \- Market-based base salary; \- Meal allowance; \- Transportation allowance; \- Commissions.
