We have been certified as a Great Place to Work for six consecutive years, reinforcing our commitment to a collaborative, inspiring, and opportunity-rich environment. **Come work with us!** The Digital Certificate Department’s mission is to ensure digital security for individuals and businesses, delivering excellence in service that combines convenience, agility, and specialized support. **Work Location: Goiânia, Setor Bueno** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct digital certificate sales and issuance, both in-person and online; * Customer prospecting; * Completing and managing spreadsheets and reports related to certificates and renewals; * Making calls to renewal lists; Requirements: **Academic Qualification:** Completed high school (a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is preferred). **Experience:** Prior experience in sales, customer service, or digital certification is preferred. **Computer Skills:** Intermediate to advanced proficiency in digital certification and commercial management systems. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office package.
