Job Summary: We are seeking an MDU Sales Supervisor to work in the field, focusing on performance, development, and close management of the sales team within the telecom sector. Key Highlights: 1. Direct reporting to the owner partners **Location:** Goiânia \- GO **Sector:** Telecom **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Model:** On-site We are supporting a telecom-sector partner in searching for an MDU Sales Supervisor to join the team. This is a strategic role aimed at ensuring field-team performance, with emphasis on results, development, and close management of the commercial team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and accompany sales consultants in the field; * Monitor results, KPIs, and daily routines; * Ensure team motivation, training, and integration; * Support new hires during their adaptation period; * Guide teams on weekly activities in coordination with the coordinator; * Deliver feedback, prepare reports, and track goals; * Be present both at the base and in the field, leading the team toward target achievement; * Perform administrative tasks; * Report directly to the company's owner partners; **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field; * Completed high school education; **Desirable Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree will be considered a plus; * Prior experience in telecom is advantageous; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience with internal systems; **Benefits and Perks:** * Team-based commission (aggressive) \- average of BRL 3,000/month; * Meal voucher: BRL 22.00/day; * Vehicle allowance and depreciation: BRL 1,000.00; * Valid driver’s license (Class B) and personal vehicle; * University tuition discount; * Career projection; * Birthday day off; * Career development plan. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM **Join this challenge!** If you meet the requirements and wish to join this challenge, apply now and participate in the selection process conducted by iRHope Specialized Recruitment.
