RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES Conduct initial screening and direct customers to appropriate service channels based on their needs. Retain customers by offering the option to receive benefits via checking account, explaining the advantages of being a Mercantil customer, and performing checking account opening procedures. Support customers in using self-service channels by guiding them on how to use these channels and offering available products and services according to their profiles. Periodically contact customers identified through Commercial Actions via telephone—those with potential to acquire bank products and services—and record contact information and outcomes in the CRM system. Offer products and services to customers in accordance with Suitability requirements; support execution of commercial tasks that enable completion of routine activities at Mercantil Bank branches. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (from the 1st semester onward) in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Communications, Commercial Management, Marketing, Finance, or Technology-related business fields; Experience in customer-facing roles; Sales-oriented profile with prior experience in commercial areas; Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and internet usage. **Desirable but not mandatory:** CPA-10, CPA-20 All our job openings are also open to people with disabilities (PCDs).
