Job Summary: Store manager responsible for leading and guiding the team, ensuring store organization and quality standards, as well as resolving problems and supporting daily operations. Problem resolution and operational support Job Information - Store Manager Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off ▸ Fixed weekly day off (1 day per week) ▸ Works two consecutive Sundays and has the third Sunday off Responsibilities: Supervise and guide store sales associates. Ensure store organization, operation, and quality standards. Customer service Product restocking, inventory counts, and operational controls. Train, direct, and support the team in daily routines. Resolve operational problems, conflicts, and needs. Comply with and ensure adherence to internal procedures. Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
