We are seeking professionals with potential to join our team—individuals who are committed and engaged in maintaining and improving the quality of our services in alignment with the company’s organizational culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage warehouse/receiving operations; * Guide the team in performing daily logistics operations; * Administer the order fulfillment process, from issuance to delivery; * Ensure continuous process improvement and delivery of high-quality services; * Monitor goods receipt verification against invoices, quantities, product conditions, expiration dates, temperature, etc., and oversee warehouse and cold room organization and cleanliness; * Balance departmental activities, ensuring physical space control, organization and cleanliness, and monitor employee performance; * Monitor inter-store merchandise transfers, ensuring all outgoing shipments are accompanied by invoices (NF); * Verify whether suppliers have pending returns to collect jointly with the invoicing department and await receipt; * Supervise verification of received products’ quantities, expiration dates, weights, quality, and packaging; * Develop annual departmental plans to achieve company objectives, defining short- and medium-term goals according to business needs and management directives; * Conduct meetings as needed with departments under your responsibility or with other involved departments; * Prepare reports for management regarding non-conformities, enabling appropriate corrective actions to meet targets and ensure service excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Education:** Completed High School; **Preferred Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree in related fields; **Experience:** Experience in receiving, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, logistics, and related processes; **Knowledge:** Intermediate computer skills, retail process management, loss prevention, labor legislation, regulatory standards, sanitary surveillance, Consumer Protection Code, and valid driver’s license. **Additional Information** * CLT/PJ employment contract * Flexible working hours Founded in 1987 by entrepreneur José Tatico, the Tatico Supermarket chain entered the market with a key differentiator: offering a wide variety of quality brands and products at low prices every day.
